Water Fees For San Ramon (Dougherty Valley)

DSRSD Water Capacity Reserve Fees

DSRSD provides potable water and recycled water distribution services to the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon. New connections represent an increase in demand for water distribution services. The DSRSD Code requires that this demand be assessed in the form of a capacity reserve fee (formerly known as a connection fee) payable to DSRSD upon issuance of a construction permit. Customers are purchasing capacity in the DSRSD water distribution systems. Fees are based on meter size.
