- Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Forms 806 Agency Report of Public Official Appointments: list of paid appointed positions to which an official will vote to appointment themselves. Only the current form filed is posted on the website. Older forms are retained for seven years and are available by request to the District Secretary.
- FPPC Form 802 Agency Report of Ceremonial Role Events and Ticket/Pass Distributions: detail of each event and the public purpose of each ticket distribution as identified in the District’s Ticket Distribution policy. Completed Forms 802 are posted and retained for seven years. No Forms 802 have been filed in the last seven years.
- Conflict of Interest Code (conforms to requirements of the Political Reform Act, California Government Code section 81000, et seq.). Statements of Economic Interests (FPPC Forms 700) filed by DSRSD officials and personnel are public records, available electronically via the District's online portal or by request to the District Secretary.
