**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

Dublin San Ramon Services District has redesigned its bills to quickly present the important information you need for your water and/or sewer account. 

Beginning with your September/October 2024 bill, all customers have both an account number and a customer number instead of one account number. Going forward, you will need to include both these numbers on all payments made to DSRSD. This includes checks, money orders, ACH transfers, one-time e-checks, and Paymentus payments.

You can find your new account and customer numbers in the blue bar at the top of your September/October 2024 bill or in your billing email if you are signed up for paperless billing.

Bill-Pay, Credit Card, Electronic Check

""We accept electronic payments from many bill payment services. Contact your bank or the financial institution of your choice to set it up.

To pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or an electronic debit from your checking account, click the link or call the phone number below. There is no fee for this option.

Electronic and phone payments made before 5 p.m. Pacific Time will be posted to your account the next business day. If you are making a payment to avoid loss of service or to have service restored, please contact Customer Service after making your payment.

eCheck Automatic Payment

eCheck automatically pays your water bill directly from your bank account on the due date. You still receive a statement for your records. This free service pays your bill on time, every time. Call 925-828-8524 during business hours and we’ll take your information over the phone.

Please have your bank's routing and account numbers and your DSRSD account and customer numbers ready when you call.

Check or Money Order

Please write your account and customer numbers on your check/money order and enclose the remit portion of your bill with your payment. Checks/money orders should be made payable to DSRSD.

Checks/money orders can also be placed in the 24-hour drop box in the parking lot on the west side of Dublin San Ramon Services District (7051 Dublin Blvd, Dublin - next to Big O Tires).

Drop box payments may not be credited to your account until the next business day. Please do not put cash in the drop box or the mail. 

Enroll in Paperless Billing

Please allow us to email your statement to save time, money, and trees. Paperless Billing reduces paper in your mailbox and protects your privacy. You still receive an electronic copy of your bill that’s easy to file or print.

You can enroll in Paperless Billing through our AquaHawk Customer Portal. Or provide us with your email address and account number by phone or email. We will send you a confirming email.

If your email address changes or you wish to cancel Paperless Billing, please call 925-828-8524 or email CustomerService@dsrsd.com.
