Consultants
The District maintains a list of consultants according to categories/class of work. The list is updated on an ongoing basis as needed, but no less than annually. By registering your firm on this list, you will be considered when the District requires professional services in your listed category/class of work.
Use the Consultant Registration Form to register your firm. You may choose multiple categories/class of work in which you would like to conduct business with us. It is recommended that you review the Standard Professional Services Agreement prior to completing the form, as you will be asked to indicate any exceptions your firm takes to the standard terms and conditions.
Please note that while registering as a consultant with DSRSD places you on the consultant list for the classifications selected, it does not guarantee notification of all Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs) opportunities. Consultants are encouraged to regularly check the Bid Opportunities and Results for current RFQs/RFPs.
