Before contacting us about a Public Records Act request, please review Finding Information about DSRSD for documents and records that can be downloaded immediately and free of charge.

The District provides access to public records to comply with the California Public Records Act (California Government Code Section 7920 et seq.) and other laws, and to be open and transparent.

Anyone may ask to inspect or obtain copies of public records in the District’s possession. Requests should be for a specific, identifiable document. We cannot process vague or general requests for information, but we can help you clarify your request.

The District Secretary is responsible for receiving and responding to requests for public records. District Secretary Nicole Genzale can respond to your request most efficiently when contacted through one of these methods.
