  • Board of Directors Meetings
    • Regular Board meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. They are typically held in the Boardroom at the District Office, 7051 Dublin Blvd., Dublin. Meetings are subject to change. 

      Please check the website or call District Secretary Nicole Genzale at 925-828-0515 to confirm dates, times, and locations. 

    • Days and times of all meetings, as well as agenda packets, are posted in advance on the Meetings Calendar.
  • Customer Services/Bill Payments
    • Customer Services Counter Hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday 
    • Call 925-828-8524 or email customerservice@dsrsd.com with questions regarding your water or sewer service, your bill, signing up for paperless billing, DSRSD work in your neighborhood, or other suggestions and concerns
    • Make a one-time payment online or sign up for AquaHawk and paperless billing
    • Pay by check: Place in the 24-hour white drop box located in the west parking lot (near Big O Tires) of the District Office at 7051 Dublin Blvd. or mail to DSRSD, 7051 Dublin Blvd., Dublin, CA 94568
    • Payment cannot be accepted at other locations
  • Permit Counter
    • Permit Counter Hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday. To better serve you and expedite your request, please call or email to schedule an appointment. While our Permit Counter is now open, employees are still working and ready to respond to inquiries and issues by email and phone (925-828-0515, press 2 for Divisions, then 1 for Engineering). District staff are available to help with planning and permitting questions related to construction permits, permits for sewer and water hookups, acceptance of plan submittals, requests for information, issuance of permits and Engineering fee invoices, collection of Engineering fee payments, and sale of recycled water signs can be obtained.   • Construction Meters
    • To check out or return a construction meter from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays, first call Customer Service at 925-828-8524 to schedule an appointment. Construction Meter Use Agreement
