Online Plan Review and Permitting

All permit applications, plan submittals, and plan reviews must be done through our website for Citizen Self Service and include the below items.

Limited Construction Permits:  Permit for sewer repairs or backflow replacement.

Plan Submittals: Plan submittals for DSRSD review and permitting.

Inspection and Meter Set Requests: Inspections and Meter set requests will be available to schedule through your approved Permit created through the above Citizen Self Service link.

Request Information on DSRSD Infrastructure: Utility Map requests.

Water Pressure (Fireflow) Requests: Water pressure for construction or fireflow.

Appointments:

You can make an in-person appointment by going to the below link.  In person appointments are for general inquiries, or for pick up and drop off of permit-related documents or recycled water signs.

Hydrant Meters

Hydrant meters can be rented from Utility Billing/Customer Services at the District Office, 7051 Dublin Boulevard, Dublin, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please email constructionmeter@dsrsd.com or call (925) 828-8524 and choose Utility Billing/Customer Services in advance to coordinate with staff.

Fees for Plan Review: In accordance with the District Code, the cost of the first two project submittals are included in the initial project planning and review fees; subsequent submittals will be billed based on District cost. Official submittals are determined by staff.
