Upcoming Board Meetings

Regular Board meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Boardroom at the District Office, 7051 Dublin Blvd., Dublin. Meetings are subject to change. Special meetings may be held at other times.

Public Wi-Fi is available in the Boardroom with a guest login. 

Agendas for regular Board and Committee meetings are posted 72 hours in advance. Special Board and Committee meeting agendas are posted 24 hours in advance. To receive meeting agendas by email, subscribe to eNotifications. Meeting minutes are posted after review and upon Board approval.

Upcoming Committee and Joint Powers Authority Meetings

Board Committees meet as needed. Joint Powers Authorities meet on a schedule and may call special meetings as needed. The DERWA JPA meets on the first Monday in February, fourth Monday in April and September, and the second Monday in December at 6 p.m.  The LAVWMA JPA meets quarterly on the third Wednesday of February, May, August, and November at 6 p.m. Both meet in the Dublin San Ramon Services District Boardroom.
